Je ne te quitterai jamais
Sologamie, Désir et Intelligence Artificielle

Couples are faltering. Divorce rates climb, profiles scroll on without end, loneliness settles into bedrooms and onto screens. At the same moment, artificial intelligence arrives in our private conversations, our sleepless nights and our fantasies, with a disarming promise: I will always be here. I will never leave you.

Drawn from a radical experience of sologamy, from a solitary wedding before the grotto at Lourdes to a renewal of vows in the metaverse, this book asks what becomes of desire, commitment and longing in a world where one can fall in love with presences that have no body and no past.

One question runs beneath it: what do we still call “love” when it can be scripted, automated, and almost entirely sheltered from the possibility of being left?

Texte original
